Not off topic at all but I do notice your evasion from directly answering my question.

You should be starting a new thread. Before Obamacare businesses were not required to provide insurance. It was always a benefit offered by employers to attract and retain good employees. With the state of the economy employers would very likely be cutting back on insurance if not for Obamacare. I'm not sold on Universal Healthcare. The income tax rate in Canada is through the roof and their medical services aren't that great. Last I heard the entire Province of Quebec does not have one single med flight chopper.

He has no employees yet you expect that he will be "drown" in filing 1099 forms? How many types of miscellaneous income over $600 does your snow plow guy receive?

Or is this just another example of hyperbole to bash Obama?

Oh, I see! He doesn't want to pay income taxes! Is the healthcare bill the first to require a 1099?

My life-long savings were in the house. That means, at age 58, I will be jobless (due to the medical condition), and penniless.

Thanks Republicans!
Why do you thni that republicans caused this;you bought the insurnace not them. Might want to get a laqyer ans the new healthcare bill likely wouldn't change anything really.

In other words what he has done in the past is illegal and has been illegal for quite some time, but the new law makes it harder for him to break the law.
