Global warming is a bad term, although it is somewhat accurate.

Think of the climate of the Earth as a pendulum. It swings one way, then another. What happens when its pushed slightly to one side or the other? It makes it swing wider.

So hotter drier summers, longer colder winters.

I don't think we should go crazy nuts like Mr. Gore does to try and combat global warming, if its even man made. But it is real, and we should try and limit our impact on it within reason and economic sensible means.

Thats not a crazy tree hugger answer, its just a responsible citizens answer.

Yep, we live in AR remember and I know how bad last summer was, just aske my veggie garden. but look at it now. Climate changes will always be part of our lives and science. Evolution has been with us since the earth began and will continue. Mr Gore has a few loose screws in my opinon.

Alright, let's break it down one more time:
1) The climate is not (necessarily) the weather.
2) What's global is not (necessarily) what's local.
Any questions?

Besides, what's Gore got to do with it? Ever heard the expression "don't shoot the messenger"?

Now, Mr Gore can you explain Global Warming as well as you can explain your invention of the internet.

Yeah, that expression has to be extended to "Don't shoot the messenger unless he asks for your money"
