I'm not sure that the national census is what they are talking about here. I know my census form didn't ask any questions about pets. And I think in Massachusetts, the towns have to do censuses themselves for a variety of different reasons.

Might be an upgrade all things considered, JUST KIDDING. No way would I let my cats serve they are just to sensitive to BAD people and might not look at all the evidence, now my dogs might be ok they would listen well then eat the defendent, everyone wins.

I'm willing to bet, the cat would be a better juror, then 50% of the people who get called to jury duty.
