.....and there lays one basic problem, what evidence is going to be 100% proof to every voter's satisfaction? the evidence that the proposed arizona bill has asked for couldn't be supplied by 39 of our presidents ( and iffy if the remaining 4 could either ) .
Does it even matter if he was born in the US or not? His mom is an american that makes his a natural citizen doenst it?
in that scenario the child would more than likely be considered a NBC. from congress' stance on mccain's eligibility it seems the formula is pretty simple:
citizen at birth= NBC naturalized citizen= not NBC
