For all the "anti-union" folks that visit the P&OC thread; what do you think of these principles applied to the workplace? A good point is a company doesn't have to be "unionized" by workers to have an effect in day-to-day business.
For all others; what do you think of these sort of arraignments in the workplace?
Works council and co-determinations may be the answer to doing business more efficiently in the U.S.
