So where in this does it say that the federal government needs to provide health care to everyone? Or force people to buy health insurance?
Isn't forcing somebody to buy something depriving them of their liberty?
Seems like just before the vote on this law once again members of the CBC are rallying to Obama's cry to not allow it to be revoked and falsely claiming it as a civil right.
And the purpose, "pursuit of happiness" was changed from the original language, "pursuit of property" ????????

Well, I wasn't there on July 4, 1776, when the Declaration of Independence was adopted, but all reliable sources say the phrase "pursuit of happiness" was in the original document.
Maybe you are confusing the Dec. of Indep. with the Magna Carta. Didn't that document use the phrase you mentioned?

My "pursuit of happiness" would be owning several machine guns and a tank. However, state and federal law precludes me from this pursuit. I am therefore obliged to abide by the law. Perhaps the congressman should re-read the Constitution or let me get my tank and machine guns.
