Our primary objective is to break the cycles of dependency and decay that continue to anesthetize and hold captive too many Black families and neighborhoods. We provide continuing series of speakers, seminars, training and practical business support services designed to help Blacks fully assimilate into and be competitive in American society. Our objective is to teach all Americans the fullness of the history of Blacks in America and to help Blacks gain control of their lives and the destiny of their children. Only by understanding our full and true history will we all of America be liberated.
You mean helping them get the right to vote, ending school segregation, and ending slavery was a shame?
Why do you feel that way?
ending Segregation was done by the SC not democrats.
The voting rights act of 1965 guaranteeing black votes was voted by a higher percent of republican then democrats.
In fact only 19 Senators voted against it , 17 were democrats 2 were republican. And the grand wizard of the KKK Senator Byrd filibustered the act. In the house 61 Dem's voted against it compared to 24 republicans.
This sounds like a good thing. Hopefully it is successful.
It's a shame what the progressives have done to blacks in this country. A shame.
I'm the last person to support lifetime welfare and permanent affirmative action and all that, but this is an absurd statement. The ONLY reason there can even be a splintering of black political ideology is because of the work progressives have done over the past 170 years to end slavery, provide equal rights under the law, and provide opportunities to compete.

That's a ridiculous statement look at the history of this country. It's the Conservatives that have stood in the way of civl rights every step of the way. Whether it's been civil rights of Asian's, Blacks, Latino, Gays and Lesbians or just about any other non-White, non-Christian group in this country.

Slavery was ended by a republican congress and president.
I didn't say Republican or Democratic party. The Republican Party used to be the progressive party and the Democratic party was the conservative party of the South.
The Republican party of Lincoln, Roosevelt, and Eisenhower gave way to the party of Falwell, Helms, and Thurmond.
