So in truth, i don't plan on doing anything.

Momentarily crazy? The "world" didn't go "momentarily crazy", radical Islam had been blowing things up for a long time...Bin Laden and Islamic crazies didn't have one little manic episode they all got over after killing a few thousand on 9/11.

9/11 was the worst day in American history. 3,000 innocent people lost their lives - not people in the military, not elected officials - INNOCENT people going about their daily lives. It also sparked the war on terror, which has claimed the lives of many as well. Also, I believe the OP said worst DAY ever - not worst year, or worst period in history.

Some of you people are unbelievable.

worst day in american history would be subjective. what you consider the worst day, I don't. me personally, I consider the worst day in history, the day Obama was elected president...

but, even at that, on 9/11 I will probably go about my day as usual.

I'm over it. You're not...obviously. That's your problem, not mine.

Prediction: whatever Obama does on 9/11/2011 won't be enough and will be criticized.

Probably, D*ck Cheney and Karl Rove will get together at a Republican picnic and re-live the fun.

Bush could be there charring up some animal flesh and smothering it with loads of ketchup.

I apologize for that, right there.
Maybe throw some ants and grasshoppers in the milk cartons.
