If so, one would have to assume that all people who watch FOX news are uneducated and incapable of forming their own opinions.
They have lots of viewers and as a result they influence those people and the people those people talk to. So yes. It is not as though people form their opinions in a vacuum.
I watch Fox News but I watch other networks as well. Why would you assume that Fox News viewers don't watch other networks?

I misinterpreted your post to mean that people who watch Fox News are likely to adopt the Fox News Network agenda.

That is one possibility among many. More likely they will find some parts of the Fox News agenda convincing and modify, expand, or retrench their views, but disagree with other parts. As a result Fox News will have influenced and shaped their viewpoint.
