I don't get this. Many Christian conservatives are against homosexuality / gay marriage because it's a sin, but have no problem with legalized divorce and adultery, which is just as sinful according to Scripture. Why should it be illegal for a same-sex couple to get married, but legal for a divorced man to remarry (which Christ called adultery in Scripture). It's just as sinful as homosexual sex. Scripture speaks far more on adultery than it does on homosexuality.
