So I guess they're no longer "Dayton's Finest," but "Dayton's substandard who are here to meet artificial quotas." This is why I hate AA. If I'm calling on the police I want to know that the best man or woman, regardless of race, if coming to my aid. I'll feel no comfort if an unqualified minority shows up and bungles his job just so long as racial quotas were filled.
That sounds like a very possible answer. Once the black gets the job and has to take a test for a promotion he has to study up for the Sergeants promotion just as anybody else does.

Affirmative action favors White women as much as Blacks. Not sure if you knew that bit of info.
I don't care. I don't want anyone "favored" on the basis of race, culture, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. I want the best qualified person to get the job no matter if they're an Asian male, a black female, a transgender white, as long as they can pass all of the requirements and they are best for the job, hire them. AA is racist and sexist as it shows favoritism based and racial and gender lines.
since there are differences in human height, beauty, etc., etc., wouldn't it stand to reason that there are also differences in intelligence?
