So I guess they're no longer "Dayton's Finest," but "Dayton's substandard who are here to meet artificial quotas." This is why I hate AA. Like I said. It's not racism if it's true. I didn't say it was anyone's fault but contrary to what you learned in school we are not all equal.

I don't care. I don't want anyone "favored" on the basis of race, culture, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. I want the best qualified person to get the job no matter if they're an Asian male, a black female, a transgender white, as long as they can pass all of the requirements and they are best for the job, hire them. AA is racist and sexist as it shows favoritism based and racial and gender lines.

since there are differences in human height, beauty, etc., etc., wouldn't it stand to reason that there are also differences in intelligence?
