“The president is the commander-in-chief, but the administration has a responsibility to define for the American people, the Congress, and our troops what the mission in Libya is, better explain what America’s role is in achieving that mission, and make clear how it will be accomplished,” the Ohio Republican said in a statement. “Before any further military commitments are made, the administration must do a better job of communicating to the American people and to Congress about our mission in Libya and how it will be achieved.”
Obama could pontificate for 3 hours and no one would understand what the mission is supposed to be at the end of that time. He uses double speak and gobbly **** to mislead everyone or put us to sleep. Me? I mute or turn the channel the second I see or hear that POS.

Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, trumpeted the success of the initial airstrikes against Libyan leader Muammar Qadhafi on his round of the Sunday shows, while being careful not to commit to any sort of long-term plan that might leave the Obama administration trapped inside a box of promises.

If Sarah Palin were in office making the same decisions...those asking President Obama for a 'defined mission'...would be in all out support of interviening to save the all out slaughter of tens of thousands...
