Doesnt say, no way to tell, but voter fraud is bad regardless of who they voted for.

It's sour grapes that their guy, a male chauvinist supported by the TP, lost. They did not prove voter fraud. In fact, when the Colorado Sec of State was asked if he, as a former prosecuter, would prosecute a case based on the evidence he had, he wouldn't answer directly.
but, but, but....we can't require voter i.d. at the polling place........
