I say that the fact we've had no big spending bills pass Congress with "we'll get money here or there or somewhere" is a huge accomplishment.

The first way to start is to stop spending.

It is not the job of Congress to find youa job. The role of govt is to protect commerce and enforce private property rights. Nothing more.
