I don't know about that, the republicans can pretty much do what they want in PA at the moment but there is a lot of support for labor on both sides of the aisle. What they did in Wisconson would have a snow balls chance in hell right now. In the future that may change if things deteriorate even more. They are asking for voluntary wage freezes and reductions in benefits and it looks like the unions will comply.
It makes me thankful to have a federal job. Let's see Wisconsin and Ohio try and shut that down.
The GOP/Koch game plan is to phase things in with public unions and then move into breaking the private unions.
