Just looking at where the fedeeral revenues by income group comes form puts the lie t that story., The problem is really they fail to look at all taxes paid. Now days wehn 49% pay no federal taxes and 69% get more service than they pay for it obvious. bascially since then we have shifted the burden and done it by different tax structure than just income tax.

Won't work....too many repugs who worship their ONLY god, The Wealthy.....as they Jesus-like vilify the poor and swear that the Poor are "recipients"......and The Wealthy are benefactors...who "earned" everything they were handed...

They will defend their only god, The Wealthy, and say they are their True Saviour all the while The Wealthy's boot is firmly on their neck.

Under a Democracy, its majority gets what they want and you screw the minority.
under a Representative Republic, which is what we have.. the majority protects the minority.
