The question to ask is why don't enough democrats, as well as republicans, understand you cannot spend more than you bring in? pretty simple concept

How about, because the current crop of politicians running the democratic party do not want to cut spending, or reduce the size of government?

Only in the mind of modern day liberals does reducing the debt and and cutting the size of the federal government become a partisan issue.

We have hundreds of news and special interest channels on TV and satellite radio now, we have streaming internet news, hundreds of print media and book publishers, hundreds of FM, AM and digital radio stations, and the libs cannot even cut funding to NPR, so what hope is there in getting them to cut some government program that is even moderately useful?
