I believe their is a time and a place for everything, I do not support the law, some people believe that its express their hip culture to have sagging pants. one shouldn't tackle another culture but also that culture shouldn't offend someone else. so Come up with a sagging limit ..and a tight limit.. not overly up your butt but nor overly down your knees. and with girls also

That is the thing with kids.
They want to expense themselves with their dress.
As long as they look just like all the other kids...
The fact is, kids brains aren't fully developed and they frequently make bad decisions. Dressing with your pants hanging down around your knees is inappropriate for the classroom. Our schools have enough problems enforcing discipline and standards. I have no problem with schools requiring students to dress appropriately. Besides, it's good practice for later in life. I can tell you that if an employee at my firm were to come to work dressed in baggy, hanging pants, they would be fired on the spot.
Like I said before. Uniforms would be even better in my opinion, but a dress code is a decent start.
In keeping with my libertarian bent , Unfortunately I have to agree with you, but I must say, every time I see some dumb ass walking around with his crotch around his knees and 1 hand permanently designated to holding up his pants I want to go up and just slap the living sh*t out of him. You cant fix stupid.....or legislate it for that matter.
thank you. It is the most ridiculous fad i have ever seen.
To be honest short skirts and tight pants worn by young girls should also be banned. Kids should not be wearing that type of attire until they are of legal age. children have no rights.
I know technically that is the case, however, I think that parents should police what their kids wear, not the school administration.
