People like you Lucario, are the main reason that no one is free in this country.
They are choosing to enforce it because of the fraud that is involved. Turning a blind eye to the sites operating is one thing, turning a blind eye to fraud involved with the bank documents, the credit cards, etc is another thing.

The whole law, however is a complete and utter joke, and that is what in part probably led to the fraud.

The right wing loves big government despite their claims to the opposite. They just want the government to get bigger in areas they like.

You really should look this sort of stuff up before you post nonsense like that. The Republicans controlled the house & the execuative while the Dems had a one seat majority in the Senate after a Republican senator switched parties to avoid getting primaried.

the only fraud part about it .. is that when the poker companies received payments or cashed payments out, they used third party processors who claimed it was from other things, like jewelry/clothes/etc...

b.c they couldn't legally put the deposit or cashout as FullTiltPoker, etc...

B.c it's against the law for banks to process transactions to and from gambling websites. Yet they do every day for the NYSE.

Actually that is wrong as well. The GOP had a 55-45 advantage in the Senate (with Jeffords an Independent who caucussed with the Dems)

And they want government to regulate everything based on their belief system.

I find it amazing that you Republicans feel it is appropriate for the Government to try to control what people do in their own homes with their resources, time and money, but you don't give a damn about jobs, the economy, healthcare, education, the drug problem, or about a thousand other things that REALLY are affecting Americans.

You people bitched and moaned about the nanny state, and then you pull some BS like this.

Big Government? Republicans.

You people disgust me. Make me want to get out of this country for good.

Check your calendar. I think that Obama is in the White House and the dems control the Senate.

Can you tell me why you think fraud is a good thing?
