WBC will sue and win based on the US Constitution. It sucks but it's the law.

As long as people keep giving them attention they'll keep doing this crap.

It is a start, i hope a trend that other States will follow. If for no other reason, for the ignorance of these people, if you can call them people.

I would welcome them here. I'd even treat them to an alligator hunt,...won't tell them they're the bait.

Unconstitutional.

Yes right wingers are big on the "Constitution" until it comes to people they don't sympathize with.

Then they forget all about the Constitution.

Free speech? What free speech? Free speech is only for speech they agree with.

BTW Oklahoma has a nice record over the years of passing laws that get laughed out of court like this one will.

What if 10 million people filed separate civil lawsuits for pain and suffering inflicting anguish? Of course it won't win a suit, but it will keep them occupied attending courtrooms until stupid dies of 10 million paper cuts. Just an idea. I'm not litigious but seems to me it's the sword they need to fall upon. That and any religion preaching hate is no religion at all. Freedom of religion is not freedom to terrorize anyone.

Strongly disagree. If I've got a problem with you I don't have the right to bust into your doctors office and rant. The right to privacy to morn the dead needs to be respected. Their retarded free speech isn't used in DC. They're targeting grieving people & fallen heroes. It's sick.
