D. Ravi, who secretly filmed his Rutgers gay roommate in a private sexual encounter and then streamed it live, will face:

15-COUNT INDICTMENT! Yes!! Please Lady Justice we need you on this one....

Student Tyler Clementi committed suicide after learning his encounter was streamed live by his roommate....his name is now on a pending federal anti-harrassment law regarding universities.

The guy was wrong for what he did but I dont think he deserves some long prison sentence at all. I feel for the guy that killed himself and his family but I dont think the kid that streamed it should necessarily be held liable for his death. 15 counts is a lot of counts.

It was a college kid who made a stupid mistake. I dont see him as some career criminal.

Oh, don't get me started!! Usually I am a nice lady , but for this slime, I could go on and on with my list of wildly negative insults!

Pushing a gay guy to commit suicide. When's the Gold Star ceremony put on by Pat Robertson and the religious right to honor him?

Maybe they will give money to support the slimeball's defense too.

I am so very tired of the self-righteous....

OMG........ugga and I agree on something.

Ravi tweeted about how he had a camera all ready to go after he already filmed a first encounter between the young men......and was seeking an willing audience....even bragging about it.

I know he's young yet but I have ZERO sympathy for him.....his "victim" was also young but now he'
s dead.

Bottom line is MAYBE Tyler would still be alive IF we did not live in a world full of rampant homophobia.

Poor boy is being sacrificed at the PC altar. I'm surprised his family didn't smuggle him out to India. I hope he gets off.

He may still be alive if he didn't turn his shared small dorm space into a turnstile for strange men to traipse through.
