If I own a company, and I have a contract to supply company X with product, does that give them the right to tell me how to run my business, who I must hire, and what state I must produce in?
Yes, if it is in the contract and the terms are legal and enforceable.

Further destroying labor unions will not fix anything of import.
And they could probably forget about every getting a contract from the government again.
Also they shut down both plants and waited to build plants they would lose years of business. If they tried to build plants on other countries while they keep production here they would burn up tons of money doing both things at the same time.
Doing things simply because you are pissed off is more often than extremely foolish in a business situation.
they shouldnt have gotten this contract...it should have gone to grumman/fairchild
as far as the other plants...they are ALREADY building this very same planecurrently at FOUR plants...wa, sc, france, and RUSSIA....so closing the wa, and sc plants would mean close to nothing in the big picture
Well first you have to get rid of min wage and all labor laws and dissolve all the federal agencies that protect workers.
Being in a union will safeguard you from all that ?
