it looks as if the girl in the booth ran out the door as soon as they went after the other chick. at least they got her out of the booth

She threw a couple of girlie SLAPS! So, out come the big macho-man FISTS. Sweet.

I don't think you get it. First, news flash you can resist if there is no probable cause for arrest. The video never shows what she was doing other than resisting the cop. The police can not just come up and grab you...Maybe is Russia, but not in the U.S.

2nd, even if the woman was obstructing the officer there were many things the cop could have done other than punching her in the face. He could have pepper sprayed her, tazed her or simply allowed one of the other officers to grab her. No, he slapped her and then punched her. I think there is a good case here.

There is video here: Video Shows Fight Between Officer, Woman In IHOP - Video - WSB Atlanta (http://www.wsbtv.com/video/27682840/index.html - broken link)

I made sure to describe the "race" of all involved because people seem to enjoy knowing the "so called" races of individuals as if it matters in a crime.

After he slapped/pushed her out of the way she came back with a closed fist and swung at him a few times, that's when she signed her own arrest warrant. If she had just sat back and let him do his job she would have left IHOP without handcuffs on.

We simply don't know the details behind why he was trying to restrain or arrest the girl in the booth but it is pretty clear why he slapped and then punched the girl that ended up arrested on video. The officer did have probable cause for arresting her, don't you agree?

[quote=Backspace;18910242]She was trying to stop him from doing his job and she swung at him a couple times, she got what she deserved. You don't hit cops.

Why not?

He slapped her first.

That's assault.

She can do whatever she likes after that.

As for him "doing his job", when does it become his job to tell another group to be quiet?

Women like to talk and when you get a group of women together they are going to talk loud and giggle. It's what they do.

Enter this gigantic inbred a-hole and his funky azz attitude.

Once again we have proof people who desire careers in law enforcement have psychological issues which should exclude them from careers in law enforcement.

This cop needs to go strait to population at the nearest super max prison so he can be taught some manners by the other inmates while he explores his feminine side.
