At least the schools should give the parents the option of allowing their child to be sex educated so early. Let the parents choose. Why does a 10 year old need to learn about masturbation via graphic cartoons ? Isn't this just indirectly promoting early sex among kids ?

The school did defend the choice and said all their books are reviewed for age appropriateness.

You must be clueless to Kids. Masturbation(which I figured out how to do by 4 yrs old as did my children, completely on their own) can keep young female adults from having sex to young. They won't rely on a boy for that and they will know their own body which is very important in life. When you learn about how babies are made is the time to also teach positive self touching.
