Do you feel that the recent assassination was justified? Given the new facts that were released by the White House we now know that he wasn't armed as first reported. How can the United States justify targeted assassination in Pakistan which is against US regulations and international law then expect other countries like Libya to follow our orders to treat their citizens in accordance with international law?
It must be nice to live in a world where people aren't assassinated for being a world terrorist. What a happy place that must be. Unfortunately, I live in a world where you commit these international crimes:

Apparently, you're not aware of death squads that were operating in Latin America under Reagan. Those had far less justification than tracking down and killing a man the USA has invaded TWO countries for involving thousands of dead and seriously injured.
I am aware, how does that justify what took place a couple days ago?

The word "assasination" is inappropriate. Everyone who is shot dead on the field of battle, even though intentionally, is not "assassinated". bin-Laden was shot and killed like the rabid dog he was (my apology to rabid dogs), not "assassinated". Such a word elevates bin-Laden to a level he does not deserve. Had he not resisted, he would not have been shot. He chose his fate by not merely surrendering peacefully. There did not have to be a firefight, his compound and the people could have chosen to surrender.
The killing of bin Laden was justified via the UN Resolution of 2001 which I posted in another thread.
Can any of you actually cite the law you are referring to?
