Winning!!

This is the mandate, this is what the people want.

Boehner optimistic, demands trillion-dollar cuts | Reuters

Quote:
(Reuters) - House Speaker John Boehner voiced optimism on Thursday about new deficit-reduction talks led by Vice President Joe Biden, but said Republicans will not vote to raise the debt limit without trillions of dollars in spending cuts.
Winning II!!

Quote:
May 5 (Reuters) - U.S. House Republican Leader Eric Cantor said he told bipartisan talks on the U.S. deficit that tax hikes were off the table as far as the Republican-run House of Representatives was concerned.
Thankfully, the GOP is on the side of the people, who have said they want cuts in spending, NOT tax hikes.

The Associated Press: House panel moves to revive alternate jet engine

What are the odds Boehner will walk the walk or will he just continue talking the talk?

Who is he talking to? He needs enough Republican votes to pass the debt ceiling or his Wall street Masters will cut off his golf priviledges. If he can't get Republican votes maybe he can negotiate some Democratic votes if he has something to offer

What people you talking about? Normal people, or Rich people?

Here is a recent poll result on Tax Hikes on those over 250K.

Most people favor raising taxes on the wealthy.

[Seventy-two percent of Americans said in the poll that they support increasing federal taxes starting in 2013 for households earning $250,000 a year or more in order to lower the deficit. Just 24 percent opposed such an increase]. ......

Boner is such a liar and hypocrite. he demands trillions in cuts but wants to add a multi-billion dollar engine that the military doesn't want or need to the budget.

Yet he remains a steadfast supporter of corporate welfare and has reintroduced funding for aircraft engines that the defense dept doesn't want.

What a stupid poll question. Of course people would vote to raise SOMEONE ELSE'S taxes.

Rob Peter to to give to Paul and David and Paul and David will vote for you every time.

What robbery? We offer people the opportunity to be free and make their fortunes. There is a price to pay for all that is given. We call it taxes.

Like it or not, the people in this country vote. They will vote their own best interests.

Obviously, the GOP does not get the message of what the people want.
