Who should care what Slick Willie does today? His legacy is poor. This just adds to the failures. Oh yeah - he balanced the budget.... that's his legacy. Big deal.
A failure like your post??????.....Big Deal....he just balanced the budget!

That's all........ a balanced budget(and left a surplus).........while the current deficit helps to rip our country apart!

Who cares? It sounds like an intelligent statement to me. It cracks me up that some people in this country are still so hell bent in denying civil rights to any group of people. Why do so many people care if Adam and Steve have a legal contract if it does not effect them in any way? Let it go. It's the economy stupid!

It's been 15 years. It's called "evolving". Try it sometime.
you do know that there''s such a thing call trends. things go back and forth.

Take abortion for example first most of the world (with Jews being the major exception) was in favor of it and a many like the Romans things that were a lot worse (post natel abortions)
then Christianity took off and it became murder in the eyes of most
then majority were in favor of a woman's right to chose (at least in the US)
and now it revered it self
Abortion

just because the trend is going your way doesn't mean it will stay your way.

He might and I say might actually have some influence in Arhkansas , Marriage is a states issue.I don;t see congress changing that anytime soon either since mid -terms. If it couldn't pass i California which was a target state thehn its in problems and likely to get only lip or rethoric service.Especailly lookig at the state house outcome in mod term elctions where the republicans made hisric gain far more important for the polical future than the house in congress gain.

What "surplus?" The national debt grew by $1 trillion during his time in office.

No, all Reagan or Bush could do was propose the budget. It's up to Congress to pass it.

As has been mentioned before, money was borrowed from social security to "create" a surplus. Again, the national debt increased by $1 trillion during the years Clinton was in office.

Actually, it's insignificant because Bill Clinton is a private citizen, just like you 'n' me.

This is significant because Bill Clinton was the President who signed the Defense Of Marriage Act into law back in 1996.
Not like he's ever really demonstrated a commitment or belief in marriage before...why start now?
