Actually the rich are swimming in prosperity right now. Corporations are enjoying unprecedented profits. And all those defense contractors are flush with cash from 10 years of war.

Why, all the GOP stalwarts should be backing Obama because he's been a huge boon for the people who own your @sses.

I agree some have benefited greatly under Obamas policy of crony corporatism. Many of them have been Dems.

If the poll were released on November 1, 2012, then that would be meaningful.

However, this far out from the election, it is meaningless.

With the huge difference in that and NBC polls the questions asked have to be very differently worded.

He made a gutsy correct decision. His rating went up. Remember Bush Sr at 90%?

He will make more correct decisions. It will make it go up.
He will make more blunders. It will make it go down.

NONE of this should be suprising.
