Look at this! We have the worst debt in History and a President who ignores it. How RESPONSIBLE is it for the President to have put this off for 2 years?

I did not know that the President controlled what hearings the Senate held, and when they hold them. More of the Senate Majority leader's role, I believe.

We haven't had a signed budget in how many YEARS now ?
Just keep putting off the inevitable while keep raising that debt ceiling.

No. Rep Debbie Wasserman Schultz is the leader of DNC. But it is good that you're asking questions to learn about how the political system works in the USA.
