Cell phones signals really are killing the bees, study shows - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/digitaltrends/20110513/tc_digitaltrends/cellphonessignalsreallyarekillingthebeesstudyshows - broken link)

When did cell phones come to prominence? Under GW Bush, that's when.

Or all of the chemicals we dump onto conventional farms. It's kind of scary, so I hope they figure out what's killing them and remedy it soon. We try to keep lots of bee-attractive plants in our garden and I know of at least one local hive that visits our chemical-free garden.

Fertilizer and pesticides on everything we grow.

We went from 30% crop loss to pests, to less then 10 with the new stuff we are using, but once it kills all the bee's we'll be down to 90% crop loss.

No bee's is bad news for Americans.

You can put a bee in a closed container with a cellular signal twice of what comes out from an antenna, and it causes them no side effects.

Maybe unemployed legal Americans can be hired as crop pollinators.

On second thought, that would take away from their texting time.

I don't think we need to bring Bush into the equation. It's a problem for sure, though. Without bees to pollinate we are in big trouble. Whenever I decide to buy some land and put a house on it, I will be putting up some bee hives because I enjoy gardening and growing fruit trees.
