I realize everyone is all giddy about Trump pulling out of the deeply flawed Paris Accords, but there still are potential brewing scandals involving former Obama officials.

Here are some very juicy tidbits from the conservative blog Hot Air -

"Thanks to Devin Nunes, chairman of the House Intel Committee and the man who first raised suspicions about improper “unmasking” in March, subpoenas have been issued to three Obama-era officials. Two are natsec people — Susan Rice and John Brennan, both of whom might have had good cause to “unmask” the identities of Trump staffers in the course of reviewing intelligence reports. But the third was a surprise. It’s Samantha Power, formerly the U.S. ambassador to the UN. Why would she be caught up in an “unmasking” review? She’s a diplomat, not an intelligence specialist."

Did Samantha Power ask for American citizens to be "unmasked" in intelligence reports? - Hot Air Hot Air

This is a quick, fun read with lots of interesting links...especially if you're sick and tired of reading about the Paris Accords

Who said she unmasked anyone other than you and Hotair. The fact that Nunes subpoenaed her should make any normal person question his motives but you even took the next leap.

At this point to ask "if" is like asking if a clear sky is blue.

The left is going rue the day they went this far. One investigation deserves another... right?

HRC blaming everyone and everything for her losing, OTHER THAN HERSELF, is showing how thin skinned and corrupt she truly is.

THIS entire ordeal is not going to end well for the dems. It's a fact, it's peer reviewed, settled. nuff said!

The next leap!

Remember Adam Schiff of California, the panel's senior Democrat? Possibly Nunes biggest critic? Here's what he had to say about the subpoenas - "The committee rules provide that the chair (Nunes) has to sign the subpoenas unless that authority is delegated to someone else," Schiff said on MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports. "That authority should have been delegated to Mike Conaway in consultation with myself. That hasn't happened yet. And I think that's a violation of the recusal by the chairman ... I hope that will change."

That's it? Schiff has been one of Nunes harshest critics. That has to be one of the most tepid complaints from Schiff I've ever seen, but then Schiff has been a bit subdued since seeing Devin Nunes’ evidence for Obama surveillance.

I think that this is more about some Republicans being afraid they are on tape then anything else.

Are you suggesting that they pulled her name out of a hat, and subpoenaed her?

More attempts at deflection. Nunes is discredited clown and shill for Donal Trump. He doesn't work for his constituents-he's Trump's errand boy.

Nunes can do whatever he wants to do. He won't succeed at derailing the Russia-gate investigation.

Sessions LIED to congress.

Kushner omitted his dealings with Russians in his clearance application. He needs to leave his post.

Nunes shouldn't be involved in anything related to the investigation, he has already proved that he is incapable.

Well if this was Nunes suggestion then it is more about politics than arriving at the truth. By the way this is June, where has he been.
