Health insurance companies are evil, diabolical people who would rather have people dying out in the streets than part with a nickel.

No, I don't believe that and have never heard anybody who does. The same goes for the first 7 or so and that just because that's all I've read so far.

If you're claim is for a nickel the health insurance companies will just give you the money. If, however, your claim is over a certain amount they will go over your policy with a fine tooth comb and yes, if the amount in the claim is high enough they would rather have you die out in the streets than part with that money

Yes, but shouldn't we try to educate every child? What if one child is bad at art, but good at math? Do we then throw everything away? What about the opposite?

Again, this is illustrating binary conservative thinking to complex problems.

He never said we shouldn't educate every child.

And there is no complex problem. Some people are smarter than others.

yes, we definitely should try to educate every child but let's not overextend ourselves.

in a national effort to be 'not wasteful', i feel education professionals (e.g. guidance counselors, etc.) need sharper skills when it comes to identifying which children are simply not corporate material. because let's face it, the current school sytem in america glorifies getting a high level corporate job as the endgame pot of gold and it makes little mention of non-corporate alternatives.

... expose those kids who are not cut out for corporate leadership to non-corporate alternatives because as anyone with 2 eyes can see, not every hiring sector in america is corporate. here's what i said in another thread.

Health insurance companies are evil. They will kill you before giving you a dime.

President Obama's plan of forcing everyone to buy products from health insurance companies is a great idea.

80) If I put a first-term, inexperienced, unproven, untested junior black Senator who has never worked a day in his life into the most powerful position mankind has ever created I am an enlightened intellectual who is helping to heal the world's ills.
If I put a first-term, inexperienced, unproven, and untested junior white Senator into the most powerful position mankind has ever created I am batsh-t insane.
