And there seem to be spectacularily few of either. Perhaps there should be an effort made by the family-friendly to learn from the non-western immigrants to Norway? How do they manage to keep rape numbers so low?

According to the article you linked, only two-thirds of those CHARGED are non-western immigrants. Once again, there is a difference between rapes that are committed, and rapes that result in someone being charged.
Just to remind you of what your link said:

Please note "Charged". Then consider that you and the OP have been using "charged" as if it means "committed" as well as also means "convicted." And yet words have meanings, and each of these words is quite distinct from the other.

A few years ago I mentioned a similar report out of Sweden. Someone couldn't believe it and accused me of being a racist. I think they were just unaware ofhow strong the cultural differences are when it comes to female "modesty" between Islamic and non-Islamic cultures.
You ask if we can look forward to this is in the U.S? Probably not in the near term. The fact that most of our immigration (unike Europe) is coming from Mexico and not Muslim countries changes the dynamics. Mexicans (and latin culture as a whole) do not believe women should be raped for not looking modest in public. In fact, Latin culture encourages women to look beautful and dress sexy, more than American culture does.
But what does concern me is the partnership between the American left and Islam. For example look at how liberals overturn state elections that ban Sharia law. According to Sharia men have the right to rape women if she doesn't cover herself or if they don't dress modestly. They wouldn't convict the rapist because their culture believes she "has it coming to her for dressing like a wh*re".
Have you lost your mind. Sharia law is NOT America law.
There is no city state or federal jurisdiction in the United States where rape is legal.
If you live in the United States then the federal, state and local laws trump Sharia Law, Christian Law or Jewish Law.
Since most rapes go unreported, tell me how this would work.
I hear that statement thrown out as a fact by liberals all the time. If most rapes are unreported then how do you know about them? They must be reported to someone or else you won't know about them. Using the same logic I could say that most sightings of purple cows go unreported and the proof is that you never hear about a sighting of a purple cow.
