Obvious the House is afraid, VERY afraid. Why else would Speaker Boehner get down on his knees and beg the President to justify his actions - whenever the President feels like it?
Speaker Boehner is a two-faced, spineless wimp, just like Speaker Hastert and Speaker Frist. The last GOP Speaker of the House with a spine in the last 60 years has been Speaker Gingrich. If Speaker Boehner is the best the GOP can do, then they have already lost Congress in 2012.
This is another reason why the GOP need to lose Boehner. He is completely spineless. Kucinich's bill is the only one worthy of consideration. I cannot believe the Speaker of the House wants Congress to ASK the President why he is using military force against another nation without prior approval from Congress. Only Congress can authorize the President to use military force against another nation. Kucinich's bill is the only one that asserts Congress' constitutional authority in no uncertain terms.
As long as Boehner remains Speaker, the GOP and the nation are soooo screwed.
And every Congressman that didn't vote for the Kucinich Bill is complicit in law breaking and dereliction of duty.
No argument here.
Maybe Congress should pass a resolution to form a search party to locate Speaker Boehner's testicles.
