Republicans and/or Democrats don't pass legislation that help the working class. They both pass legislation that hurts the middle class.

Capitalism helps the working class. Once government gets away from legislating theft and violence they end up hurting the working class.

Though if there was one law that has helped people it was allowing for 401Ks. Passed by republicans. That's the only I can think of right now. And dems might have voted for that, but I doubt it. It gives people a choice. Something Dems don't like.

Capitalism has done far more for the working class than any government could dream of. It's not even open for debate.

So what?

If we even had 50% of the people voting in an election, the country would likely be much more liberal. That could be good, or very bad.
Doubtful. Most every poll shows the country leans to the right. And when we had more than 50% of people voting the government was much smaller and more conservative than it is now.

Democrat or Republican, IMO our current government is a bunch of bumbling idiots performing on a stage at our expense.

Capitalism is like Fire...It can be your best friend or worst enemy.

It needs controls and limits.

Right. We need laws that protect against theft and fraud. Anything more than that commits theft or fraud agaisnt workers.

And governments around the world killed 200 million people in the last 100 years. But these are the same people we expect to "control" capitalists. LOLs.

How many of those "Government Killings" are for capitalistic purposes?

True Capitalism would NEVER WORK. Its even less successful than Socialism or Communism.

The biggest killers were

Chairman Mao
Joseph Stalin
Adolph Hilter

People like that. So to answer your question: very few.

Most of those deaths were about governments maintaining power.

Even if they were done for "capitalistic purposes" you still need a government to kill that many people. A capitalist couldn't do it.

And who decided that true capitalism won't work? I always hear people say that but never hear any facts to back up the assertion. It's like it's true because people say it is. But when challenged they can't give a valid reason.

The benefits of a capitalism that is centrally controlled by corrupt gang that answers to no one, are many.

Where do you think all of our Capitalism control legislation came from?

People didn't just dream them up...it was to STOP ABUSE taking place in a Capitalist society.
