I love how you people just dismissed the argument about more whites being on WIC...by saying they make up a larger share of the population.

So will you also admit that whites put a larger strain on the system than this 90%...assuming the statistic is even factual.
And La Raza WOULD have reason to LIE to make it seem the Hispanic community is SOOOO dependent on a program that might be cut...so it brings that number into further question.

My position is that all illegal aliens should be kicked out of the country, taking their anchor babies with them. If that is not feasible, deny them the opportunity to work, and maybe they will self-deport.
I am against the notion that any baby born on US soil is automatically a US citizen. At least ONE of the parents should be an American citizen for that to happen.

My position? "Well that's silly". Social Services should only be made available to citizens.
Now, does the "American Citizenship is not required" apply to the recipient (the child), the parent, or both? Quite frankly, if either party is not an American Citizen, aid should not be given. I'm just curious as to who the "non-requirement" applies to.

Actually, it's that 9 out of 10 Hispanic Infants are on WIC. There is a difference.
