Planned Parenthood of Indiana expects to start offering services to Medicaid patients again Saturday after a federal judge ruled the state is not allowed to cut off the organization's public funding for general health services solely because it also provides abortions.

Woo-hoo!

So lets see- People work, have taxes witheld from their paycheck, the money goes into a revenue account. The legisture decides how and where the tax payers money will be spent. The governor approves or disapproves of the spending. But a judge makes a ruling that he will decide how, where and on what tax payers money will be spent.
I don't know anything about the Indiana Constitution, but I'll bet there is no section titled 'Powers of the Judiciary for spending tax payers money'.

Money from Medicaid was used for this. State Medicaid is funded by Medicare. Not sure what the judge actually said as the OP source is just the front page to NPR. It seems Katiani has trouble with links at least today anyhoo. Maybe an off day.

Oh, so much fun to mock another poster, eh? You could have freakin' looked down the page. The one link I posted about the e. coli just didn't open in your browser; it worked fine in mine. Maybe you have an inferior computer.

Anyway, I cut/pasted the front page to NPR; however, here is the link to the article, which, as I said, you could have found yourself.
