I've never worked with any Homosexual couples but the Homosexuals I've worked with in my field haven't been much differant than anyone else some are good and some are bad, the only differance I see is they are more emotional.

I'm sympathetic to the trouble that gay people go through due to their disorder but I'm aware that it doesn't hinder them from living.

The disorders you mentioned are neurological, not mental.
Oh, and being gay is neither one.
