A fact? Interesting.

Seriously? Wow, you're really more delusional that you appear.

They HAD control, but lost it because their road to recovery was driving us off a cliff.

Do you really believe the stuff you write, or just yanking our chains?

He didn't slam dunk the Clintons as much as Hillary just rolled over and let him take her
electoral votes. We'll never know what kind of a deal they made, but the Clintons never do anything that doesn't first benefit the Clintons.

As for McCain, he pretty much buried himself by running a p*ss poor campaign and taking Palin as a running mate. He also allowed himself to be intimidated by the race issue and refused to confront Obama on his shady background and anti-American associates.

Pushing through so-called "healthcare" with his community organizing, bullying tactics is nothing to be proud of - he'll be held responsible for the worst, most costly, destructive and corrupt legislation in our history.

As far as Bin Laden, Barack Hussein Obama has been far more destructive to this country than Bin Laden ever was.

Cool, steady customer???? Oh please, have you ever seen him when his decisions have been questioned or he doesn't get his way? Hardly cool or steady - the nastiness and arrogance just oozes out of every pore of this corrupt, phony, lying SOB.

Are you friggin' serious? Lay off the Limbaugh dude.

Bin Laden probably knew we would overreact to the attack by cutting taxes, goosing the FED, and going hog wild with the "War on Terror." Those three responses dwarf everything Obama has done. The old zealot is probably laughing in his watery grave about bankrupting the strongest country on earth.

And I'm not as stupid as you are. I already wrote that I didn't support Obama. Just because I asked you to back up your over-the-top statements doesn't mean I'm automatically on one particular side. Your extremism seemed like it needed to be tethered back to reality.

Yes, Obama will have to run on his record as all Presidents have who have sought a second term. Bush won with his dismal record of overspending and military disasters, so your conclusion that it will be unsuccessful for that reason is not supported by recent history.

I think Obama is a very sucsessful president. He's accomplishing exactly what he means to accomplish.

Successful in dividing US...Successful in destroying our economy...Successful in alienating our relationship with Israel...Successful indeed.

Damn! Can't rep you again mhouse. Yes, one of the biggest disappointments in my political memory is Bush's reelection. The "compassionate conservative" proved to be a warmongering, deceitful sleazeball, but with a few threats about "mushroom clouds." Voila, a second term. Obama has done nothing remotely so unethical, and in comparison looks like Mother Theresa.

Well, Mother Theresa is a bit of a stretch but I get your point Fiddlehead. While I do favor Obama over the Republicans and especially over Bush, I think whatever unethical things have happened recently--if any--have simply been made more difficult to find. Lessons learned from the uncomfortably secretive Bush years, I guess. Either the ability to conduct corruption-as-government has been streamlined or we are all losing our eyesight.

Still, the rhetoric of Obama is laudable. I've not ever heard him say anything I couldn't find myself agreeing with or at least understanding. I'm getting a bruise on my forehead from hitting it every time I hear the Republicans open their mouths.
