What does Obama have to do with this? He is the president of America, not the president of the black community.

Sure there is. Black voters traditionally vote democrat something like 89% of the time. In 2008 they voted 95% democrat. You can deny it, but the extra 6% was a big deal--not to mention a fairly high voter turnout among black voters.

Like it or not, obama got elected largely by people who expected him to fix this issue. He hasn't.

And a lot of conservatives vote GOP to reinstate jim crow. Doesn't mean it's going to happen.

No they don't. There isn't a candidate out there, unless on some website, that has that as a part of their platform.
