Well, we all know how common it is to shout genocidal rants when stuck in traffic.
I mean what would rush hour in LA be without constant screams of "All Black children must die!" or "All White children must die!". Perfectly normal reaction, right? Well, if you're a Muslim and raised on such vile hatred that you only keep marginally suppressed on a good day, then yeah I guess so. At least the story has a happy ending.

I assume a 'community order' is the same as community service. Let's hope he's cleaning bathrooms in some city park for the next few weekends.
