Actually it was Madagascar but since Britain controlled the seas the plan was never feasible. Out of all their relocation plans for the Jews that was the most favored.

Hitler had asked Stalin if he would take the Jews during the period when they were allies. However Stalin who had just purged Jewish officials from the NKVD before the war wasn't interested. So relocation to Russia (Poland was to be Germanized, most Poles and Jews deported further east, remaining enslaved, assimilated) could only be possible after a successful war against the Soviets.

Jews numbered 500K before Hitler, about 150K on the eve of the war in Germany. Even if they wanted to they were in no position to launch retribution directly. Only through the allies.

You are correct the Jewish and Muslim experience are entirely different experiences. A discussion of which deserves its own thread. Won't go into it here.

Not everyone prefers to live under Sharia Law. Why do you think Pim Fortuyn was against the Islamic takeover of his country?

Some people actually have extra-good reasons to not want to live under an Islamic theocracy.

If there is anything history has taught us is that Abrahamic religions - Judaism, Islam, and Christianity, seem to breed hate for one another. They are just excuses for many to kill one another for their God, which Ironically is the same God...the God of Abraham. Nothing more than tribal system. Here is a thought, why not get rid of the tribes.

That's not what I meant... During WW II Jewish people weren't welcome in most places in Europe... There was no "plan" to eliminate Jewish people in Germany... only to deport them... The Madagascar plan was scrapped like the previous poster pointed out...
The formation of Israel was the other option to the dismay of the displaced people in Palestine... That's the similar sentiment of what happened in Oslo...

I already mentioned that:
Apparently, many on the christian right see themselves in the manifesto.

And look at how the Hindus are with Muslims. Not everyone loves them and wants to be taken over by them. The Muslims are not coming over to other countries with any intention of assimilating. They do not like the way Europeans live, all those homosexual rights, all those "progressive" ways the Europeans have.

No, we see ourselves in the American Constitution, our own unique history and way of life.

This was a right wing terrorist. It is his fault and his fault alone. We could have the very same thing happen in the U.S., how do you combat it? More people were killed with the small weapon than with the bomb. What would you do to suggest how the govt. can combat that here?
I am willing to bet that the bomb was more a diversionary tactic and his real target was the summer camp.

Ahhh.....that's one thing this Norwegian guy was trying to do. Get rid of the tribe or get them sent back to their own countries.
