He promises everything to everybody and now the democrats and republicans are finally sick of his childish games and locked him in his room to let the adults take care of business. Well if you can call them adults that is. Bernie Sanders is now calling for a primary challenger to go up against him. It appears the great orator has finally pissed off congress enough they've had it. King he is not though he has played the role. Time for a beech slap of the great orator and he's not going to recover.

Seems to me the public is on Obama's side with the whole debt issue. Not by leaps and bounds, but he seems to have the edge. Obama has handled the situation quite well in a political sense. Why not make the group who took over the House put up or shut up?

All the Republicans can do is say, "Well, Obama had no plan" where Obama can reply, "America assumed you had a plan when they overwhelmingly voted you in".

Obviously the great orator has no "plan" and that is why he is being told to go sit in the corner. Also I don't recall raising the debt ceiling among any "plans" put out last midterm election. Only calls to stop spending like drunken sailors.

FAIL.. Presidents write budget proposals, and its their responsibility to lead.. The GOP indeed has a plan, its the ones being debated at the moment because Obama hasnt proposed one..

You CLEARLY need to return to civics class or at very least, stop trying to spin everything into "GOP = bad". The group that did take over the House DID put up.. we're just waiting for the Democrats to actually want to fix the problem that THEY created..

No plan? Regardless of whether you like them or not, they've provided the Ryan plan and Cut, Cap, and Balance in just 6 months. The Dems haven't provided a plan in 2 years.

With your logic, I could argue that Obama is leading by example.

Wingers have remarkably short and selective memories.

Dude, think back. It was only about three weeks ago. The GOP stormed out of the congressional meetings with Biden and went "Waaaa... Where's Obama? Waaa... Why isn't HE in here?" Refresh your memory?

Then they got Obama. He offered them a great deal, but the modern GOP doen't make deals with terrorists or Dems, does it? Boehner got told by the Tea Party "No deals with the Kenyan- Are you crazy? We'll make him LOOK GOOD. Like he's a problem solver or something!!!"

I hope whatever comes out of the House winds up on Obama's desk. I want him to wipe himself with it, seal it in a baggie to preserve the aroma, and send it right back.

Then, Obama can declare a national emergency, and unilaterally pay our debts, with overwhelming national support.

What is that thing that Reid and group tabled yesterday? Why it is the Tea Party plan that you say was no plan at all. Can you show us anything that resembles a budget plan that the Dems have come up with in the last two years? Of course, not but those GOPs have a plan that would work very well if we could get the Senate to look at it and discuss it. Oh yes, they had a plan and now it is tabled in the Senate. Wanta bet that Reid won't back down?
