In your dreams though, can try this President will never be impeached. To many corrupt individuals won't let this happen.

Slanted bias as hell corrupt media, won't let this happen. The wittle bittle kool-aid drinking damn sheep won't let this happen. Not going to happen, i am a realistic.

Obama does not hold the office of Presidency with integrity and truth for all, anything but truth.

No he wasn't. Impeachment proceedings began, but no article of impeachment was ever passed. The proceedings fell apart in disarray long before it ever got to a bill. Only when the article is passed does the Senate vote for impeachment.

No President is impeached until an article of impeachment is passed. Up until then, all it amounts to as another House debate.

Correction; HE was impeached by the House, acquitted by the Senate. Therefore no Articles of Impeachment ever reached the floor (for a full recognized impeachment).

No US PResident has ever been through a full impeachment process. Only Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were impeached by the HOUSE, but both were acquitted by the Senate.

To be more precise, that is the way the Constitution states an impeachment proceed....

The House decides to impeach (like an indictment). Then the Senate conducts the actual trial and conviction.

Clinton was impeached, he just wasn't found guilty and thus removed from office (which is mandatory if found guilty).

Not unless youre under oath, which has never happened. So unless you can first prove he lied under oath, then you can't impeach him.

Has the President had charges brought against him for lying under oath?

Might as well say the president might be impeached for robbing a bank. Unless you can prove it, its stupid to say

Several of his administration were under oath and Congress could call on Obama to testify on the subject.

And thats his underlings, not himself. And you have to prove perjury.

Can you do that in a court of law? Nope, or it would have been done already.

Which I stated already and you quoted me found so.

Then the House would decide if he perjured himself or not.

It wouldn't be a court of law, but the House of Representatives. Just the same as Clinton was found to have perjured himself.

Clinton perjured himself during grand jury testimony in a court of law. Not in the House of Representatives.
