Generally speaking if my only source of political knowledge was this political forum and i had to choose a political ideology based on the content and merit of what is written here i'm going to have to side with the Democrats as most of what i'm seeing from the right is petty and juvenile name calling,posts with virtually no content,mean spirited derogatory and incitefull psycho babble,
Whining and complaining about just about every aspect of their country,the proverbial spoiled brat who cant get what he wants so he's taking his bat and ball home,a total unwillingness to want to lend a helping hand to those fellow Americans who for whatever reason fell by the wayside,
Generally speaking Democrat responses on the other hand are usually more reserved and well thought out responses to the major issues of the day,usually consisting of a good balanced read with thought provoking banter without all the underlying hate and grade school comments that are usually the signature theme of most right wing orientated posts..

BTW - Socialism is an economic, not political, system that could be established within our Constitution. It would not necessarily damage the freedoms of, often criminal (bootleggers) and irresponsible, "PATRIOTIC APPALACHIANS".
