Thousands of individuals' names and addresses are to be released to the news media because they received disaster aid.

"The decision covered 31 disasters in eight states from 1998 to 2004, and affects more than 156,000 North Carolinians who received disaster assistance after hurricanes Floyd, Isabel, Ivan and Bonnie, and Tropical Storm Frances."

All this because a newspaper in Florida wants to do a story on the mis-management of FEMA funds...
