In the latest Gallup poll, comparing the generic appeal of the parties in congress, the Dems have taken a 51-44% lead. This is a 14 point swing against the GOP since the 2010 election.

This poll tends to support the conclusion that the GOP and their "Let's default" TP shock troops are getting the lion's share of the public blame for the phony "debt ceiling crisis", and the damage that resulted.

The only poll that counts in this case is the voting poll.

We shall see in 2012 what America thought about Congress's behavior, both DEMs and GOP.

The Neocon/Tea Party will use every underhanded tactic to hold onto power. They literally will stop and nothing to protect the money interests, This is the stuff that has to be exposed as it transpires. Their hypocrisies are not enough to turn their base off because their base's hatred of Obama supercedes all reasoning and common sense if many in fact, even posess these traits. You can pinpoint all of their wrong doing, fraud, lies, etc. and it does not make a dent in the blind allegiance to an ideology that is destroying this country. Unfortunatley Obama's calm peronality is being taken advantage of. After the horrendous eight years of Buch Inc., We needed a real tough a$$ kicker to draw those lines in the sand and to tell the party of corporate interests and fanatical pseudo religious fervor to go **** themselves.
