We know who we are! Progressives claiming all Republicans are now the Tea Party, gets a giggle out of me every time.

Ron and Rand Paul are the only true Tea Party Representatives in Congress.

Are you attempting to label me as a progressive detractor of the TEA Party?

Depends if you're always belittling the worth of the Progressive movement and what it is?

Work on your reading comprehension slick. I was defending the TEA Party in this thread.

As far as your claim I'm always belittling the TEA Party I defy you to find a history of posts on my behalf that support your assertion.

I never even heard of Allan West. Turns out he's a minor state politician in Florida, and an ex-military guy who fell 100% for the brainwashing that our military is doing a great job "policing the world."

Not a big surprise that a military enthusiast wouldn't like Ron Paul's Libertarian ideals that we defend our own nation, and stop wasting trillions we don't have on waging multiple senseless wars that accomplish nothing and drag on for decades.

anyone can claim that they are in the tea party and the tea party would welcome all speakers. the tea party is, after all, about freedom and isn't tied to specific people.

i certainly do not see allen west as a tea party person when he refused to defund obamacare when he had the chance.

why does he think he got tea party support in the first place?

Seems to me that during the last campaign, age was an issue for lots of people regarding McCain. Suddenly, it isn't?

Allen West is an idiot. I'm not surprised by his comments...
