That woman seems rather stupid, though, how can one try and build such a case on lies when credibility is so important... I would deport her if it were my decision, there is more than one reason to do so.[/quote]

He probably stiffed her and she concocted the story out of revenge. She either had a wimpy pimp or a madam that didn't give her very good advice. Yeah, deport her but give a first class ticket back to wherever she came from. We can be nice.

She and her daughter should be put on an express path to deportation.

If she isn't deported Cyrus Vance may feel the sting of another embarrassment.

They probably had wild sex. And then he got embroiled into a fracas, becoz it was a trap set up for him. Given his sexual history, he fell into the trap.

But DSK is a genius. I adore him absolutely and am a big big fan of his financial papers. He was a champion at the IMF and he would be doing wonders for the ECB at the moment.

I hope he goes on to become President of France. Becoz he has the brains to save France from an S&P downgrade and eventually broker a partnership with Germany to resurrect the EU.

He was a sexaholic who was perfectly set up by some slimy folks. As for the woman, well, unfortunate for her that she became a pawn in somebody's game. And she tried to bring him down, knowing his weakness. I slowly started realizing DSK was set up. He is dumb enough to lay his intelligence at the feet of debauchery. But I'm happy justice was served.

And it was such a perfect trap. So good that I even believed this woman when I first saw the case and empathized with her coz I have heard of DSK's sexual antics

But as I started to read more about DSK's enemies in France and the politics surrounding the IMF and how he left his phone and called back..... it was clear that the man was set up and was innocent. He was just a horny idiot and he teaches a lesson for men in power to learn to control the mighty penis.

This whole business reeks of a setup. Certainly DSK was stupid ... a case of hormones overriding good sense. But that does not mean there was a rape and I don't think the "evidence" or this woman's credibility would stand up in a court of law.

My guess is that she will be deported and then disappear into comfortable obscurity on the money she will have made from this. Meanwhile, DSK's political career is probably gone although he too will live a comfortable life going forward.

From an American point of view, we had better hope that his political career is done. Because, if by some chance he does make President in France, he is unlikely to be a friend of this country after everything that has happened.
How is she making any money from this???
