The really funny part of all this is that the people who make from $50,000 to $70,000 pay about 6% - 8% effective tax rate and those over $1 million today pay about 24.6%. Now if Obama got his way either the rate for the lower earners would have to be raised drastically or the rate for those over $1 million would have to be cut drastically.

One of the funniest things going right now is that Warren Buffet hasn't paid any taxes since 2002, and is spending all kinds of money to get out of it all. He said what he said about the wealthy not paying enough and at the same time his lawyers were trying to keep him out of trouble. It is so ridiculous and I wonder just what Buffet gets out of that pile of Pelosi.
